Windows installer strange custom actions -

i'm exploring msi custom-actions, i'm using orca see actual msis contains.

i found in 1 msi following action types example : 3073, 1537 , many other customactions types couldn't find resource have full index various types.

is there example way can create customized customaction types, or maybe new version of windows installer customactions not documented yet ?

3073 = 2048 | 1024 | 1

1= dll file stored in binary table stream. 1024 = msidbcustomactiontypeinscript queues execution @ scheduled point within script. flag designates deferred execution custom action. 2048 = msidbcustomactiontypenoimpersonate queues execution @ scheduled point within script. executes no user impersonation. runs in system context.
