c# - Mono WinForms TableLayoutPanel cell locked in place relative to the form -

i have form tablelayoutpanel on it, controls in cells. 1 of controls misbehaving, though, when run program in mono. when resize form, control sits is, instead of moving keep rest of controls in tablelayoutpanel! doesn't happen when run program in .net. have clue cause control stuck this?

if 1 of controls misbehaving first guess anchor or dock properties of control isn't others. might control behaving should , expected different behavior.
